Classes are upbeat, motivating and leave you feeling strong and revitalised.

Barre

55 minutes, $18 per class or $150 for 10 classes

Fresh, Fun and for everyone! Never danced before? Don't worry!

Barre is a combination of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training designed for all fitness levels.  It is a full body workout to tone, strengthen, lengthen and burn!  High-energy and dynamic!

Barre is designed to emphasise the correct biomechanics of movement combined with the power of music to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability.

Boutique Barre 

55 minutes, $18 per class or $150 for 10 classes

Same as Barre, however this class is limited to only 4 people designed to keep give you extra attention! 

Barre Blast

30 minutes, $12 a class or $110 for 10 Classes

Get ready for the Burn!  With Pilates based movement & a ballet infusion, Barre Blast is an express, stand up, workout class designed to make you feel the burn through every inch of your body.

Mat Pilates

55 minutes, $18 per class or $150 for 10 classes

 

Mat based Pilates classes are non-impact and use small Pilates props to assist and challenge movements. (Resistance Bands, Hand Weights, Foam Rollers, Magic Circle & Gym Balls).

 

For all students of all levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced modifications for each exercise are provided to ensure each student is challenged.

 

Students learn the fundamentals and proper technique of Pilates mat, focusing on body connection, breathing, alignment and awareness. 

Boutique Mat Pilates

30 minutes, $12 a class or $110 for 10 Classes

 

Same as Mat Pilates, however this class is limited to only 4 people designed to keep give you extra attention! 

Mums and Bubs - Pilates

45 minutes, $18 per class or $150 for 10 classes

This class is designed to safely strengthen, tone and reshape your body.  Bring your bub along with a playmat, capsule or bouncer.  Some of the exercises can incorporate your little one or they can watch you while you exercise.

Class is limited to only 4 people (plus your children).  Each exercise is explained to help gain a deeper understanding on why you are performing the movement.

Note: 

- This class a great class to begin after your six-week check up with your obstetrician and once you have your doctor’s clearance to exercise.

Mums and Bubs - Barre

45 minutes, $18 per class or $150 for 10 classes

It is designed to safely strengthen, tone and reshape your body.  Bubs will be in your carrier throughout class while you tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body.  It is a combination of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training designed for all fitness levels.

Class is limited to only 4 people (plus your children).  Each exercise is explained to help gain a deeper understanding on why you are performing the movement.

Note: 

- Bring your baby carrier.  Babies should be able to hold their heads up on their own before commencing this program. 

- This class a great class to begin after your six-week check up with your obstetrician and once you have your doctor’s clearance to exercise.  

1:1 Assessment Consultation

1 hour, $60

A one to one consultation provides you with a greater understanding how your body works so that you will enjoy the benefits from our session.   The consultation will assess posture, muscle flexibility, strength, range of motion, and motor control.

 

We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses and also focus on specific areas of your choice.  After the 1:1 Assessment, a personalised workout is created just for you.

 

Please bring any doctor’s notes or medical advice about problematic injuries and any recommendations to help Wellgevity plan the perfect program for your needs.

 

We recommend a review consultation six months after your first consultation, as it is a great way to see how far you have come so you can reward yourself with recognition.

1:1 Private Pilates Session

1 hour, $60

Private 1:1 Pilates sessions are designed especially for you, aimed to meet your goals, needs and objectives.  A 1:1 session allows for greater progression and development with the full attention of your instructor.

 

Private Pilates sessions ensure that you receive the greatest benefits as your learning will be accelerated with the one on one contact.  You will be individually assessed to develop a program based on your goals, issues, age, fitness level and any injuries (past and present).  Private sessions ensure that you develop and maintain successful Pilates practice to enhance your fitness and aid in rehabilitation.

 

Private sessions may take the form of observations during your personal sporting activities in order to form applicable assessments.

Yoga

55 minutes

 

This class is suitable for all fitness levels. You will discover how your breath can ease your mind and help deepen into your practice. Throughout this class we will work on Pranayama (breath control) , Asana (poses) and meditation.

HardCore

25 minutes

Are you ready for a Sore Core?! This class is designed to challenge your entire core.  Core strength isn’t just in the abs, we are talking about the powerhouse, abs, chest, back and gluteus.  We focus on core stability and combine functional movements to maintain good posture and balance throughout.

Melt

25 minutes

An uplifting dynamic stretching session using props such as the roller and franklin balls to leave you feeling energised, stretched and toned.

Sweatilates Circuit

45 minutes

 

Increase your endurance, strength and flexibility. 

Ready to scream?  It is Pilates xtream!   A Pilates circuit workout using body weight & Pilates props.  You can work at your own level or push yourself to your limit.  This class starts with mobility exercises to get ready for the 30 minute circuit, it will keep you wanting more.  Finishing this class with an uplifting dynamic stretching session to leave you feeling energised, toned and flexible.

 

Classes are suitable for all students of all levels.  Beginner, intermediate and advanced! 

 

Children’s Pilates and Movement Classes

25 Minutes, $40 for a 4 week programme

The core principles of “Pilates method exercises”, stem from the movement of babies and animals.  It has been said that Joseph Pilates was fascinated with children’s growth pattern and wanted to be able to influence people from a young age.

 

Classes are based on gentle stretching and strengthening movements that challenge mobility, agility and flexibility. Using positive teaching strategies we develop simple routine patterning each session to increase neural development.  

 

We practice a fun approach using everyday language that the children can understand and relate to.  Many exercises are animal inspired moves and are a great way to help children relate to the movement.

 

 Each child will have a turn to teach an exercise to the class once they have mastered it.  We believe this helps children develop confidence and learn from one another.

 

Children need to wear fitted clothing so we can help your child develop form. 

Equipment and exercises for Children’s Pilates are age and size appropriate.

We all know how bad for us it is to sit at a desk all day, sitting for long periods creates back pain and forward slumped-type posture.  Principles learned during Pilates classes can be incorporated in day-to-day life resulting in improved posture and a general feeling of wellbeing for staff members plus increased productivity for corporations.  

Programs are provided to suit your organisation's needs.  Classes run between 45 minutes to 60 minutes and can be held before, during or after work.  At least once class per week for a 10 week block is recommended.  As Joseph Pilates quotes “In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference”. 

Prior to the first sessions, participating staff members will receive a one-on-one 30 minute assessment to determine goals and limitations.  Assessment of individual’s needs and movement and muscle control ensures a specifically designed program meeting your staff’s requirements.  (For corporate groups over 4 people we offer a discounted assessment fee, please contact us for details)

All that you need is a space large enough to hold the class.  We can visit your workplace to assist you in evaluating an appropriate space.  If you do not have enough space we can create special programs using office furniture.  A quirky fun way to train with a few giggles here and there.
