Our Children’s Pilates classes are inspired by the natural movements of babies and animals. Through gentle stretching and strengthening exercises, we help children build mobility, flexibility and core strength in a fun and engaging way.
Using simple language and playful, animal-inspired movements, children learn body awareness, coordination and confidence. Each child is encouraged to share and lead exercises once they feel ready, supporting peer learning and self-esteem.
