Bec - Pilates & Barre
Bec is the owner of Wellgevity and has been practicing Pilates for over twenty years; it’s become a cornerstone of her health and wellbeing.
Her practice continues to evolve through ongoing study, workshops, and regular sessions, drawing from classical, contemporary, and clinical Pilates. A mother of two beautiful girls, Bec understands how busy life can be; but also how vital it is to carve out time for yourself.
She’s always thinking ahead, looking for ways to support and uplift her community; whether that’s through hosting retreats, teaching Pilates classes, co-running the family landscaping business, or simply showing up fully as a mum. Whatever she does, she gives her all.
Sophia
Sophia was employed as a professional dancer on cruise ships overseas and at various entertainment venues in Perth and Melbourne early in her career. With a love of dance, turning to barre and pilates was a natural progression.
She was encouraged by the results and benefits she experienced to her body after a lifetime of chronic pain resulting from an early childhood car accident that she decided to pursue a career in Pilates and Barre so that she could help others maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a mother of 2 young sons with tons of energy, she enjoys keeping fit by running and Pilates.
