Hi! I’m Bec, the founder of Wellgevity.  I’ve been practicing pilates for twenty years and it’s become pivotal for my health and well-being.  While I have been teaching for about 8+ years, I am most passionate about seeing the progress of my clients.  I adore the philosophy of learning and growing together!

My practice is always evolving through my ongoing commitment to studies, workshops and sessions taking teachings from classical, contemporary and clinical pilates.

Ultimately, I developed Wellgevity with the aim to connect my clients bodies and minds and develop a fitter, healthier self.

I’m looking forward to creating "wellness through movement" together and hope this practice helps you as much as it has helped me!

  • Cara

Cara is a Bikram Yoga Practitioner from California with 15 years experience sweating it out in "hot yoga" rooms all over the world. In 2014, she took the leap and received her Hatha, Ashtanga teaching training certification in the Himalayan foothills of Nepal. These days she loves teaching new styles of Yoga as well as other techniques. Cara is so grateful for what Yoga has brought into her life, she hopes to share it with her clients along the way.

  • Carolyn

Carolyn discovered pilates seven years ago and was instantly hooked on this intelligent exercise modality from the first session, but juggling work and raising a young family made it challenging to attend regular classes. Shortly after relocating down South four and a half years ago, Carolyn commenced a Diploma in Clinical Pilates. Alongside teaching group pilates, Carolyn is also passionate about empowering people to be able to move fearlessly and has particular interest in working with individuals suffering from chronic pain, in facilitating them to use thoughtful, intelligent movement as one strategy to manage ongoing pain.

  • Jody

Jodi has been teaching Hatha yoga for three years. She completed her training with master teacher, Mark Whitwell, learning the principles of the great tradition, passed on from "the teacher of teachers," Krishnamacharya and his son T.K.V Desikachar. She is passionate about bringing yoga to everyone and breaking down social ideas of what people believe yoga to be.

  • Sara

Sara has been sharing the practice of yoga since 2016 after returning from her second Teacher Training in Thailand. A fusion of her experiences, her classes focus on fostering connection to the self, slowing and steadying the mind and bringing relaxation to the body. In a society of doing, this is an opportunity to come home to your innate state of peace and joy.

  • Tammy

Having successfully run my own massage clinics in both Australia and New Zealand since 2000, I developed a deep understanding of body strength and conditioning. That said, I believe that my massage knowledge combined with my new and innovative pilates techniques can drastically improve your fitness, health and overall wellbeing.
