Hi! I’m Bec, the founder of Wellgevity. I’ve been practicing pilates for twenty years and it’s become pivotal for my health and well-being. While I have been teaching for about 8+ years, I am most passionate about seeing the progress of my clients. I adore the philosophy of learning and growing together!
My practice is always evolving through my ongoing commitment to studies, workshops and sessions taking teachings from classical, contemporary and clinical pilates.
Ultimately, I developed Wellgevity with the aim to connect my clients bodies and minds and develop a fitter, healthier self.
I’m looking forward to creating "wellness through movement" together and hope this practice helps you as much as it has helped me!
What do I need to bring to class?
Just bring yourself! Wellgevity provides all equipment, including mats.

How can I make a payment?

What is your cancellation policy?
Wellgevity offers a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. To avoid being charged for the full rate. Cancellations made further in advance will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

I have never danced, but would still love to try Barre. Should I? We cater our barre classes depending on experience - and if you don’t have any, don’t worry! Our classes are designed to be easy-to-follow, fun and effective for all levels.
I am new to Yoga and worried I might not be able to do the movements. Help!
